Bedrock Editor v0.7.0, also known as the Personalization Update, is a major alpha release for the Minecraft:Bedrock Editor released on August 15, 2024, which adds the navigation and structure panes.<ref>Template:Cite</ref><ref>Template:Cite</ref><ref>Template:Cite</ref>
Additions
Structure panel
- Currently read-only.
- "New from Clipboard" saves structure from clipboard.
- "Copy to Clipboard" copies structures to keyboard.
Navigation Panel
- Added a toggle to show a birds-eye view mini-map.
- Player's location and orientation are displayed at the center of the map.
- Teleports the player to destination on click.
- Implemented the ability to add markers to locations in player's world.
- They will show up as colored flags within the mini-map.
Hardcore
- Added support for hardcore mode in the export pane (Template:UI).
- Some settings like cheats and difficult are overridden and restricted when hardcore mode is enabled.
- Added Template:Cd and Template:Cd functions to Template:Cd API.
Changes
- Removed screenshot and profile buttons from Editor project pause menu.
Fixes
- Fixed a bug where Editor operations could exhaust all available ticking areas causing all future operations to fail.
- Fixed a bug where sometimes Template:Cd API event was called in the wrong order.
- Fixed a bug which could sometimes cause brush masks to fail to load.
