Dragonwilds:Items/Upstream
More actions
Template:External Items in RuneScape: Dragonwilds are physical objects that players can possess in their Dragonwilds:inventory, Dragonwilds:chests, or other storable objects. The cache assigns each item a unique persistence ID and classifies each item's type. Each type has its own visible characteristics, such as the stack limit, background colour, and Dragonwilds:durability.
Characteristics
- Name: Each item has a different name that players can see when hovering over its Static Mesh state on the ground. Note that the Static Mesh may have a different appearance than the inventory's icon.
- Graphics: Some items have a purple/violet background, indicating that they contain a Dragonwilds:special action.
- Amount: Certain items can be stacked up to a certain number, based on its stack limit.
- Dragonwilds:Durability: Certain items such as Dragonwilds:equipment, Dragonwilds:armour, and Dragonwilds:weapons have a set durability displayed as a yellow bar at the bottom of the item's inventory icon.
- Dragonwilds:Weight: Items that have a high stack limit may have a low or nonexistent weight, while items that have a limited stack amount may have a high weight value.
Dropping and destroying
Players can drop items from their inventory or chest by dragging the item out of its current interface, leaving its assigned Static Mesh visible on the ground for the player (or other players). Items cannot be removed from the game by dropping them on the ground.
Certain items such as Dragonwilds:quest items cannot be destroyed due to the current quest progress. However, players can destroy items by either selecting or hovering over the item and pressing and holding the console/computer's Template:Key press key.
Dragonwilds:Container items
Template:Main
Certain items have a container type and can contain other items, saving inventory space. However, some container items may weigh more than the potential item(s) inside the container.
