Obtaining
Corrupted potato peels drop when using the Minecraft:potato peeler on a Minecraft:corrupted peelgrass block, or when the Minecraft:mega spud is damaged enough to activate its next phase. Unlike normal peels, corrupted ones can't drop from using the potato peeler on their respective peel block.
