Dragon's breath can be obtained by Template:Control empty Minecraft:glass bottles on the Minecraft:ender dragon's breath attack while perched, or on the purple effect clouds caused by Minecraft:dragon fireballs.

Usage

Brewing ingredient

Dragon's breath may be added to any splash potion to upgrade it to a lingering potion, which can be used to create a lasting Minecraft:area effect cloud, or to craft Minecraft:tipped arrows. Template:Brewing

With two or more dragon's breath in the brewing stand, after the brewing process, a glass bottle drops as an entity. However, with one dragon's breath in the brewing stand, the glass bottle is consumed and cannot be retrieved.<ref>Template:Bug</ref>

• If the dragon's breath is used in a Minecraft:crafting recipe (using a Minecraft:mod or a Minecraft:data pack), it becomes an empty bottle instead of being entirely consumed.
