Minecraft:Mo' Creatures

Template:Wip Template:Scope Mo' Creatures was a Minecraft:mod created by John 'DrZhark' Olarte, Dan Roque and Kent Christian Jense in 2010 that added more creatures to Minecraft:Minecraft. It continued to be updated and receive new features until 2017. Among the many new mobs are Minecraft:horses, Minecraft:donkeys and Minecraft:mules, as well as Minecraft:zombie horses and Minecraft:skeleton horses, which were integrated into vanilla Minecraft in the Minecraft:Horse Update. Features

The mod focuses on adding additional creatures and items related to interacting with those creatures. These are mostly real animals such as deer, birds, sharks and ducks, but mythological creatures like Template:Ws and wraiths are also present.

The mod's implementation of horses, donkeys and mules is similar to how they originally appeared in Minecraft, but with more detailed textures, and with the additional inclusion of Zebras. Zebras can be hybridized with horses and donkeys to create zorses and zonkeys, like how horses and donkeys can breed to create mules.

Minecraft:Leads and Minecraft:horse armor were also originally present in Mo' Creatures before vanilla integration. The lead texture is different, but horse armor uses the same textures that were used in Minecraft before the Minecraft:texture update. Minecraft:Saddle crafting was also present in the mod before vanilla Minecraft, though this feature was added to vanilla much later.

Many other mobs later added to vanilla Minecraft also first appeared in the mod, such as Minecraft:wolves, Minecraft:cats, Minecraft:rabbits, Minecraft:bears, Minecraft:fish, Minecraft:dolphins, Minecraft:turtles, Minecraft:foxes, and Minecraft:goats. However, these were added by Minecraft:Mojang without the mod's involvement.
