Update Notes: November 16, 2022

This addresses some issues with yesterday's patch, and further improves the UI in a few places.

- Experimental UI: Nameplates will no longer be visible through walls

- Fix bug causing Combat Refresh info to spill out of ability tooltips

- Text for "Other" effects in ability tooltips is now spaced identically to the rest of the text in the tooltip

- Quests that cannot be abandoned will no longer have the grayed-out "Abandon" button cut off

- 2 new item short-descriptions: Quest Item & Tool

- Minor tweaks to Gobblejack encounter

- Minor tweaks and bug-fixes to boss gauntlet content
