Active Bounty: [TargetName] (HRT) is a StarCitizen:bounty hunting StarCitizen:contract issued by microTech Protection Services against a StarCitizen:High-Risk Target operating in the microTech vicinity. The bracketed part of the title is replaced with the generated target's name when the contract is offered.

The tier in the title disagrees with the rest of the contract. Its payout and its StarCitizen:Advanced Tracker License Certification prerequisite are both the ones the other bounty boards attach to a very high-risk contract, and the microTech board carries no separate VHRT entry.
