StarCitizen:Drake Interplanetary DefenseCon

Template:InfoboxNeue Drake DefenseCon is an event organized by StarCitizen:Drake Interplanetary to promote themselves as a tagalong of the StarCitizen:Invictus Launch Week.<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref>

The event was launched in StarCitizen:2950 by Drake after repeatedly not being invited to the Invictus conventions. It is advertised as a tool to showcase the contribution and solutions in defense of Drake Interplanetary to [[StarCitizen::Category:Security organizations|militias and security organizations]].

While in StarCitizen:2955 DefenseCon was not held as Drake Interplanetary was instead given the chance to participate in Invictus Launch Week for the first time, in StarCitizen:2956 and for reasons still not known the StarCitizen:UEE only held the Invictus event in StarCitizen:Sol system enabling Drake's CEO StarCitizen:Anden Arden to reinstate the DefenseCon far larger than before and including many other manufacturers who normally participated in Invictus instead.

• StarCitizen:2951 Drake DefenseCon, held at StarCitizen:New Babbage Interstellar Spaceport from May 29 to May 30, 2951.

• Drake DefenseCon, usually held after the final day of Invictus, has been cancelled for 2955 as Drake Interplanetary has been -for the first time ever- invited into StarCitizen:Invictus Launch Week 2955.
• On April 2956 SSN revealed that there had been a huge ruckus between StarCitizen:Anden Arden –Drake's CEO– and the StarCitizen:UEE. Apparently the UEE had cancelled all the StarCitizen:Invictus Launch Week events outside StarCitizen:Sol system. Arden boasted that Drake would step in and hold again DefenseCon from May 14 to May 27, 2956. This time StarCitizen:2956 Drake DefenseCon would include several other manufactures besides Drake.
