StarCitizen:INS Flavus

INS Flavus is a abandoned StarCitizen:United Empire of Earth Navy military base in the StarCitizen:Tiber system. INS Flavus was first a fleet support base for supply chain management and later acted as the secondary command base during the StarCitizen:Siege of Tiber. INS Flavus was abandoned after the StarCitizen:81st Battle Group was ordered to retreat from the system.<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref>
