Early Life
He first got into art through comic books in the 1970s. He was collecting John Buscema and the likes of Conan, Tarzan and the Hulk.<ref name=":1">Justin Sweet, imaginefx</ref>
In junior high Justin and a friend started to create their own role-playing game. They were playing D&D and that kind of thing and tended to draw their own characters.<ref name=":1" />
He was paiting banners and murals for restaurants and more by day while taking night art classes at a local college when he got a job at Interplay.<ref name=":0" />
