StarCitizen:Meridian Transit

Meridian Transit is a passenger and commercial transportation [[StarCitizen::Category:Companies|company]]. It manages a large fleet of StarCitizen:Crusader Industries Genesis-class ships on scheduled flights around the empire. Meridian has also been licensed for limited operations between the UEE and the StarCitizen:Xi'an Empire, with a regular route to StarCitizen:Xōl’uu.<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref> They also have several billboards in-game, where this logo can be seen.

Development

It was created based on an idea from StarCitizen:Ben Lesnick to promote the Genesis Starliner. Jared Huckaby created the dialogue, initial name and logo before the writers team renamed it.<ref name=":0">The Friday Night Show Interview: Jared Huckaby, The Base radio, October 17th, 2015</ref><ref>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_x1KxC4-QR8</ref> The logo was inspired by Back to the Future and lego space.<ref name=":0" />
