Template:Infobox Character Tecia "Twitch"<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref> Pacheco is a drug dealer with connections, who resents StarCitizen:BlacJac Security,<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref> her former employer. She can be found in StarCitizen:Area18 on StarCitizen:ArcCorp.

She came up as a soldier who transitioned into freelance security work after her service ended. Things were going well until she suffered nerve damage on a job for BlacJac and was fired. Regardless of this, she tries to hide that fact to maintain her reputation as a respected soldier.

Left without employment but with a very specialized skill set, Twitch used her knowledge of the criminal underworld of ArcCorp to her advantage and began operating her own illegal enterprise.<ref name="ingame">Template:Cite game</ref>

Pacheco can provide the player with some missions. She has a rivalry with StarCitizen:BlacJac Security, StarCitizen:Eddie Par, StarCitizen:Michael Shaw and StarCitizen:Wallace Klim<ref name="ingame" />

Development

Twitch (nickname only) was detailed in issue 03-02 of Jump Point magazine, although her role seems to have changed slightly.<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref> Her development gave the character designers the opportunity to show what their finalized hair pipeline can do.

She was included as a StarCitizen:mission giver in Alpha 3.5.0.<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref> She is portrayed by actress Katrina Nare.

Datamined audio suggests that she is a member of the StarCitizen:Otoni Group, in hostile competition with StarCitizen:Wallace Klim.

As of Alpha 4.4.0 she shows up as a mission giver for the StarCitizen:Dead Saints smuggling mission chain.
