Usage

This template should be used on user talk pages for warning. A relevant article can be specified with Template:Param, and Template:Param can be used to override the "Thank you." at the end of the message. Please remember to always substitute this template with Template:Cd. If not substituted, the page will get added to Category:Pages with templates requiring substitution.

Note also that the template will also add your signature, when used, if you not want to add signature, simply set the Template:Param parameter to empty value or to other signature tildes.
