Template:Documentation header Template:Shortcut Template:Lua This template is used to simplify linking to a version page.
Usage
This template should accept any standard Minecraft version number, but does not accept named versions (e.g.: Alpha Seecret Saturday, World of Color Update).
If Template:P is set to blank, the version prefix will be automatically removed.
Supported prefixes
This is the list of prefixes the template will accept to try to link to the right page. "Minecraft" at the start of a version name is ignored, and the prefix is not case sensitive.
- Java Edition: Template:Code
- Minecraft Launcher: Template:Code
- Bedrock Edition: Template:Code (note that {{el|be}} is the same as {{vl|be}})
- Pocket Edition: Template:Code
- Xbox 360 Edition: Template:Cd
- Xbox One Edition: Template:Cd
- PlayStation 3 Edition: Template:Cd
- PlayStation 4 Edition: Template:Cd
- PlayStation Vita Edition: Template:Cd
- New Nintendo 3DS Edition: Template:Code
- Minecraft Education: Template:Code
- Realms: Template:Code
- China Edition: Template:Code
- Note: Just links to the history section, as there is no version numbers for this edition.
