Dragonwilds:PATTERN: Whispering Cape

Template:Infobox Item PATTERN: whispering cape is a consumable item that unlocks creation of the Dragonwilds:whispering cape. The blueprint is found in Dragonwilds:Whispering Swamp, within a chest tucked into an alcove, slightly north of the cave entrance where you find the Dragonwilds:garou druid during the Dragonwilds:Goblin Diplomacy quest.
