Dragonwilds:Capes of Accomplishment

A Cape of Accomplishment (also called skillcape if they are capes for the skills) is a cape that symbolises achieving skill mastery (level 99) in a particular skill. Each skill will have its own distinct cape of accomplishment. They can be crafted on the Dragonwilds:Crafting Table once you unlock the ability to do so (requiring 99 on a skill). Just like in both Template:RSL and Template:OSL, trimmed version of the capes can be obtained if you have more than one skill at 99.

At the moment, the skillcapes only gives a +2 in all stats and no other unique trait.
