Thomas Jacob "Jack" Black (born August 28, 1969)<ref>Jack Black Rocks 'School'</ref> is an American actor, comedian, and musician best known for his roles in various family and comedy films. Some of his most notable appearances include Template:W as Dewey Finn, Template:W in the Minecraft:Kung Fu Panda franchise, and Template:W in Template:W. He is also the lead vocalist of Template:W.

In the Minecraft franchise

Template:Main Jack Black is best known in the Minecraft franchise for his role as Template:AMCM in Minecraft:A Minecraft Movie. He was revealed to be starring in the film in January 2024,<ref>Warner Bros’ Jason Momoa ‘Minecraft’ Movie Finds Gem In Jennifer Coolidge – Deadline Hollywood; January 17, 2024</ref> and later appeared in a promotional video for the Minecraft:15 Days of Minecraft alongside Minecraft:Jason Momoa, teasing the film.<ref name=mcbirthday>Template:Tweet</ref> He also performed some tracks featured in the film, such as I Feel Alive and Steve's Lava Chicken.

Prior to that, he narrated one version of the Minecraft: The Island audiobook, while Minecraft:Samira Wiley narrated the other.<ref>Template:Citation</ref>
