Template:For The Blood Drug Level or BDL refers to the amount of drug compounds present in your bloodstream. Any injected or ingested compound increases your BDL with a factor until you start showing effects, such as blurry vision, staggering.
Reaching 100% BDL results in you entering the overdosed state. Over time, your BDL decays slowly on its own, so you are eventually able to recover from it without intervention, provided you do not suffer additional damage.<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref>
