When the C1 became flyable, CIG opted to alter its standard livery colouring, subsequently turning the old default livery into a paint called "Allegiant". Meanwhile the new default livery was briefly available as a paint called "Ardent", and was given to backers who purchased or upgraded the C1 during the concept sale, and to those who purchased the A1 during the its flyable sale.<ref name="SpiritC1Flyable"/>
