Editing Fallen Hoplite's Helm is a Dragonwilds:Power level 5 Dragonwilds:Melee Dragonwilds:armour that can be crafted at an Dragonwilds:Armour Bench.
The recipe is a reward from Dragonwilds:Vekchenven Kara, a Dragonwilds:Dragonkin Vault. It can be obtained by interacting with a Dragonwilds:Dragonkin Effigy within the vault. The Effigy can be found up a path revealed (while Dragonwilds:Soulrifted) above the Dragonwilds:Spectral Door in the room you jump down into after the fight with the Dragonwilds:Rotsworn Necromancer.
