Template:External Template:Infobox Item The pharaoh's sceptre is a Dragonwilds:power level 7 Dragonwilds:staff that can be crafted at a Dragonwilds:mystic forge. The recipe is learned from the Dragonwilds:Icthlarian fetish, the reward from the quest Dragonwilds:Contact!. It can be ascended at the mystic forge using Dragonwilds:ascension cores.
Its Dragonwilds:special effect is Royal Mandate: While holding the Sceptre, the wielder is able to use the Dragonwilds:Confuse spell without consuming Dragonwilds:runes. Its special action is Sworn Servant: This summons Dragonwilds:Buddy, a friendly Dragonwilds:kalphite to attack and distract enemies in combat. Buddy can be used for up to 3 minutes as long as it is still alive, and will take another five minutes for it to respawn when recasting the sceptre's special action. However, due to Hollow Vessel, while Buddy is active, the wielder regains Dragonwilds:stamina much slower (90% slower than normal). Fighting while Buddy is out can be dangerous due to the lack of stamina regen.
Bug: There is currently a bug where Buddy will not respawn, or spawn in a online world.
