Minecraft:Stronghold/Structure/Portal Room

Template:Structure info The Minecraft:end portal room is the only room guaranteed to generate in a Minecraft:stronghold. It generates never within five rooms of the starting staircase, although it is less likely to generate farther away, and its entrance is always a grate of iron bars.

They are composed of Minecraft:stone bricks, Minecraft:stone brick stairs, Minecraft:lava, Minecraft:iron bars, Minecraft:end portal frames and one siverfish Minecraft:monster spawner. Compared to every other room in the stronghold, the portal room is the only one that always generates the entire outer wall, therefore being the only room to always result complete after generation.

Each portal frame has a 10% chance to generate containing an Minecraft:eye of ender; this means that the average number of portal frames already filled is 1.2, while the chance of the portal being completely filled and activated upon generation is one in a trillion (1:1,000,000,000,000 or 10^-12).
