Go to the Dragonwilds:Bloodblight Castle in the south of the Dragonwilds:Bloodblight Swamp. In the centre of the ruins of the castle there will be the Bloodblight Tree, east of the tree there is a wall with two ledges one north side and one south side of the wall.
