Location
Go to the Dragonwilds:Bloodblight Castle in the South of the Dragonwilds:Bloodblight Swamp. In the center of the ruins of the castle will be the Bloodblight Tree with a large section of wall South of tree. Use Dragonwilds:Windstep to a protruding ledge on the East side of the wall. Use a Pickaxe or Dragonwilds:Rocksplosion to break away the crumbling wall to reveal the chest containing the blueprint. Template:Map
