It is involved in the Dragonwilds:Highlighting the Problem Dragonwilds:quest, where a password can be found in the vault by interacting with a dragonkin effigy.
Location
Note that the vault entrance is accessible in two ways. Enter through the path to the south-west side (where the two goblins and Dragonwilds:giant rat appear), cast Dragonwilds:Windstep and jump through there. Or drop down from above using rock platforms coming from the north east side.
