The origin of the mold growth was identified as faulty ventilation filters from Gyson Inc that was located at Levski station in the StarCitizen:Nyx system. It was named after Samuel Molina, the first individual to die from its effects. Since then, clinics and hospitals throughout the Nyx system have been inundated with individuals experiencing symptoms.
