Certain ways to avoid being poisoned by the rocks include taking a Dragonwilds:Weak Antipoison Potion; Poison rocks are located in the Dragonwilds:Bloodblight Swamp and its vault, Dragonwilds:Kletterbuja Kara.

Prior to the removal of Lifeward, the poison debuff would bypass lifeward the player had, instead damaging base health.
