+Named after Victoria Thistlethwaite, of Bramblemead, this cake has been popular at the most lavish of parties across the region. Victoria was a well-regarded chef, but one whose culinary obsessions lay only with the sweetest of treats. She would craft biscuits, pastries and candied treats of such quality, that even Bandos once visited her little cafe to try one.
