Icthlarin is the Menaphite god of the dead, son of Tumeken and Dragonwilds:Elidinis, and one of the four major gods of the Desert Pantheon. He is first mentioned by Death on several occasions during Dragonwilds:Withering Heights, and later appears within Dragonwilds:Umbral Sands, within the clan Alcarrid in Dragonwilds:Alcarrid Oasis. He requests that the Adventurer(s) help gain each of the Garou tribes trust so that he could repair his mother's mirror, so that the lair of Fuzan could be accessed.
