Template:Infobox structure Fallen trees are Minecraft:features that resemble a Minecraft:tree lying on the ground after falling over.
Generation
Fallen trees consist of a single upright Minecraft:log, making the stump, and a log (composed of a row of log blocks) lying on its side, making the trunk. The trunk is often found 1–2 blocks from the stump. They have the following trunk lengths:
- Template:EnvSprite Oak: 4–7 logs
- Template:EnvSprite Birch: 5–8 logs
- Template:EnvSprite Super Birch: 5–15 logs
- Template:EnvSprite Spruce: 6–10 logs
- Template:EnvSprite Jungle: 4–11 logs
- Template:EnvSprite Poplar: 4–7 logs
The trunk can generate with 1–2 red or brown mushrooms on top of it. The stump has a 75% chance to generate with Minecraft:vines growing on its sides, except fallen spruce and birch trees. Fallen poplar trees also generate with Minecraft:shelf mushrooms on their trunk.Template:Upcoming
Only regular Minecraft:oak, Minecraft:spruce, Minecraft:birch, super birch, jungle and Minecraft:poplarTemplate:Upcoming trees can generate as fallen trees. Fancy oaks, 2×2 variants, or trees with bee nests are not able to be replaced by fallen trees.
Fallen trees can be found in all biomes where their standing tree variants grow, except the following:
- Minecraft:MeadowTemplate:Note
- Minecraft:GroveTemplate:Note
- Minecraft:Flower Forest
- Has fallen birch trees but not fallen oak trees.
Because Minecraft:bamboo jungles do not generate regular jungle trees, fallen jungle trees cannot generate either.
