Dragonwilds:Animal Magnetism

Animal Magnetism is a secondary quest in the Dragonwilds:Fractured Plains. To start the quest, players must speak to Dragonwilds:Manktongue, who is located in a ruined house in the south western part of the Fractured Plains.

Walkthrough

Gathering the ingredients

To start the quest, speak to Manktongue, who will inform you that he found a message in a bottle in the water. Reading it will reveal that it is a message from Ava with the ingredients on how to craft her device. Knowing the needed ingredients, you are asked to retrieve each of the following: 1 Dragonwilds:Undead Chicken, a Dragonwilds:Bundle of Undead Twigs and a Dragonwilds:Magnet, which requires 1 Iron Bar and 5 law runes. If you already have the Iron and law runes, take it to Dragonwilds:Pulpknuckle he's located in the same cabin upstairs, who will create the magnet for you.

The Undead Chicken is located within the Dragonwilds:Stormtouched Highlands, directly north of the quest area, enter the region and go up the hill, searching for a Dragonwilds:Iron Ore Node that is on the wall, the chicken will be there (map on the bottom right). The Twig is located south of the entrance to Dragonwilds:Bloodblight Swamp. There is an Dragonwilds:Undead Tree, to get the twig you will need to interact with it. Warning: An Abyssal demon is known to roam around this area. Be cautious.

Finishing up

After you gather all the ingredients, return to Manktongue, who will create the device for you.

Trivia

• This quest is named after the quest of the Template:RSL. Just like the quest has almost the same plot, however Template:RSL is not present.
  • It is explained that she had tossed a message in a bottle out to sea, containing the blueprint of the Ava's Accumulator.
