This guide is a simplified overview of all changes in the Caves & Cliffs: Part I updates ({{MC/BE}} 1.17.x releases), which assumes at least some familiarity with the Nether Update (''Bedrock Edition'' 1.16.x releases). Note that some of the spawning and generation requirements for some mobs and blocks changed from this update to Part II, refer to that page for more up-to-date locations.

[[Minecraft:pt:Guias da Edição Bedrock/Caves & Cliffs: Part I]]

Latest revision as of 11:06, 10 May 2026

Template:For Template:Infobox guide

This guide is a simplified overview of all changes in the Minecraft:Caves & Cliffs: Part I updates (Template:BE 1.17.x releases), which assumes at least some familiarity with the Minecraft:Nether Update (Bedrock Edition 1.16.x releases). Note that some of the spawning and generation requirements for some mobs and blocks changed from this update to Part II, refer to that page for more up-to-date locations.

Mobs

New

Minecraft:Axolotl Template:Animate In any biome and up to Y-63. None
  • Comes in 5 variants.
  • Can be picked up in buckets.
  • Attacks all fish, squid, guardians, and drowned.
  • Gives Regeneration I and removes Mining Fatigue I when the player helps an axolotl kill a mob.
  • Bred with a bucket of tropical fish.
  • "Plays dead" to regenerate health.
Minecraft:Glow squid File:Glow Squid BE1.gif In any biome and up to Y-63 Template:Drop

  • Bred with wheat.
  • Can be milked.
  • Runs on its own.
