* Major updates are tri-monthly updates that primarily consist of expanding the continent of Ashenfall with one or more new regions, new primary and secondary quests (with rare new sagas), expanding material progression past the previous limit (ex: iron -> steel), introducing new vestige and/or masterwork gear, and overall expanding the game's content.
