Template:External Template:Infobox Item The Ranged cape is a Cape of Accomplishment that can be crafted and worn at level 99 Dragonwilds:Ranged. It can be crafted at the Dragonwilds:mystic forge. Players have a 15% chance not to consume stamina whilst attacking with Ranged attacks.

A trimmed version of the cape can be crafted the same way if you have more than one skill at 99.
