After finishing the beer delivery quest, Brandon will move from Amulna to the Red Wing Casino party room. Three quests must be completed to finish Zhia Lian Event: Preparing For The Big Party.
Once Zhia Lian assigns Zhia Lian Event: The Unfortunate Cultists, Brandon will offer four quests to help complete the task. Each quest is completed by finishing another quest related to the cultist in need.

, it also offered two quests. Zhia Lian Event: A Hat From a Bat first, followed by Zhia Lian Event: A Better Hat From a Bat.

Live Parties
Adventurers who successfully receive an invitation to the Zhia Lian Party will be able to enter the Red Wing Casino party room during set times announced beforehand by the Developers. There were 3 parties in 2024, all held on November 17th. The EU Primetime Party started about 35 minutes later than the announced time.

- Receiving a Party Invite
Adventurers should speak with Brandon Mellus and try to successfully complete a quiz to receive the Cultist of Zhia Lian title. If you pass the quiz, you also receive a verbal invite. Those who fail the quiz must complete the quest Zhia Lian Event: Delivering The Beer to receive an invite. Completing this quest anyways is recommended, as it grants access to the party room throughout the entire Zhia Lian event. Individuals who only correctly complete the quiz and do not complete the quest will only be able to access the party room once an in-game announcement is made shortly before each party stating that the doors are open to guests.
Besides an invite, a party mask is also required. Those without an equipped mask will be automatically teleported out of the party room if they attempt to enter it. Items listed in [[ProjectGorgon::Category:Items/MasqueradeMask|:Category:Items/MasqueradeMask]] can be quipped to grant access. These masks can be looted off of several types of undead mobs during Halloween or crafted through Tailoring.
- Party Activities
Each scheduled live party lasts for about 25 minutes and contains a variety of scripted events. Some of these events may extend or shorten the length of the party.
Events which always happen:
- Guests are allowed access to the party room.
- A series of consumable food items spawn on tables at timed intervals. Each guest is allowed to take one of each item per party they attend.
- Zhia Lian appears and takes over the party.
- The path to the storage rooms opens. Monsters inside drop .
- A chest spawns at the end of the party to reward prizes.
- All guests are teleported out of the party room.
Events which have a chance to happen:
- Zhia Lian spawns an army of The Main Course.
- Zhia Lian spawns one or more armies of Evil Spider Gang Member, Casino Ass, or Claudia's Minion.
- Zhia Lian turns everyone in the room into butterflies.
- Zhia Lian turns everyone in the room into skeletons.
- Zhia Lian turns everyone in the room into bats.
- Zhia Lian smites everyone in the room.
- Zhia Lian revives everyone in the room.
- Party Prizes
At the end of a party, a chest will appear on one of the tables. The chest requires a
to unlock. A somewhat random selection of items will be bestowed upon the unlocker. The first chest a character loots at a Zhia Lian party during a given year will also unlock the yearly title. In 2024, that title was Party Cultist 2024.

- The Flight Potion received is a limited-time potion which is set to vanish when the receiving player logs out.
- The type of gems received can be random. Amethysts and Agate have also been reported.
- Masquerade Masks of low quality may also appear in the chest loot.
