- Nelson Ballard teaches Rapid Recovery 1-6 and Fire Shield 1-4.
- Gorvessa in Hogan's Keep teaches many Shield abilities, see the ability table below.
- Sir Johnson will unlock Shield levels 51-60, 61-70, and teaches level 51+ abilities.
- Pegast unlocks 71-80, and teaches the corresponding abilities.
- Levels 81-90 are unlocked by Emersil the Ever-Gloating deep beneath Povus. The abilities for these levels are all dropped from Nightmare Caves, or bartered from Errruka.
