The dragonkin of Dragonwilds:Ashenfall reveled in power, gaining elemental mastery from the land's strange Dragonwilds:anima. Although their kind tended to ignore magic in favour of alchemy and science, the dragonkin of Ashenfall enjoyed their time as sorcerer kings.
They wore robes that empowered their magic, using alchemical techniques to create cloth that resisted their elemental powers. Fire would not burn so easily. Cold would not damage the threads. Lightning could be turned aside with a flick of a cloak. Though these techniques are lost to time, the echoes of their powerful resistance remain.
The hood was designed for two purposes. The shadow it cast upon the dragonkin features made their visage scarier and more intimidating. Dragonwilds:Goblins, humans and garou would cower from the reptilian grin, which was all they could see in the shadow. The second was to hide their frustration at the foolishness of others, including their fellow dragonkin. It is much easier to roll one's eyes when no one can see it.
