v0.15.9 alpha is a minor update to Minecraft:Pocket Edition, Minecraft:Gear VR Edition, and the Minecraft:Windows 10 Edition Beta released on September 22–23, 2016 that adds Minecraft:capes and a new Minecraft:skin pack, as well as fixes bugs and crashes in v0.15.8.<ref>"MINECON 2016 skin pack incoming!
