It can be used on the Dragonwilds:Spinning Wheel to create Dragonwilds:Coarse Thread. Collecting flax for the first time unlocks the creation of the Dragonwilds:Spinning Wheel and Dragonwilds:Fletching Bench.

Flax was a popular plant during the time of Dragonwilds:Guthix. Found all over the continent, it could be easily harvested and refined into various materials. Villagers would enjoy the seeds as tasty snacks, but they mostly prized Flax for the threads that could be woven from the stems of the plant.
