Dragonwilds:Pharaoh's Sceptre

Template:External Template:Infobox Item Pharaoh's sceptre is a Dragonwilds:power level 7 two-handed staff that can be crafted at a Dragonwilds:mystic forge. Its special actions are Sworn Servant, where the caster can summon Dragonwilds:Buddy, a friendly Dragonwilds:kalphite to attack and distract enemies from the player until its death or until three minutes elapse (whichever comes first), as well as regaining stamina at a 10% slower rate. Another special action is Royal Mandate, where the player can cast the Dragonwilds:Confuse spell without consuming 25 Dragonwilds:astral runes.
