Blacksmithing Overview
Blacksmithing is a crafting skill often confused with ProjectGorgon:Armorsmithing. Blacksmiths do not create armor, but can improve the protective capabilities of armor. Many Blacksmiths create items that can be used in ProjectGorgon:Carpentry, ProjectGorgon:Toolcrafting, ProjectGorgon:Cheesemaking, and other skills.

Training Blacksmithing
- ProjectGorgon:Tadion, an Elf living in Serbule, will teach Blacksmithing to anyone who has reached Level 25 ProjectGorgon:Armor Patching.
- ProjectGorgon:Kalaba, a Rakshasa living at the ProjectGorgon:Eltibule Keep, is knowledgeable in crafting Deer Shoes using Blacksmithing.
- ProjectGorgon:Bahdba, a Fae residing near the stone statue in the southeast of Serbule, is knowledgeable in crafting throwing knives.
- ProjectGorgon:Borghild is rumored to contain many secrets. Blacksmithing recipes for metal-based statues may be discovered in this dangerous dungeon.
- ProjectGorgon:Falkrin Overstrike, a resident of ProjectGorgon:Amulna, the last remaining town in the ProjectGorgon:Ilmari Desert, can raise the Skill Cap of Blacksmithing from level 50 to 60, and level 60 to 70.
- ProjectGorgon:Kodan, a Lycanthrope living in ProjectGorgon:Sun Vale's ProjectGorgon:Animal Town, can also raise the Skill Cap to 60 and 70.
- ProjectGorgon:Solgribue will aid developing blacksmith in reaching levels 71 to 80.
- Levels 81-90 are unlocked by ProjectGorgon:Dunahain Broadarm deep beneath ProjectGorgon:Povus.
- ProjectGorgon:Winston Veilmoor, a Human who works in ProjectGorgon:Statehelm's market district can raise the Skill Cap from levels 80 to 90, and 90 to 100.

Blacksmithing Mechanics
Forge Locations
- ProjectGorgon:Serbule
- A forge can be found in the enclosed section inside ProjectGorgon:Serbule Keep. It is near the A-aisle player merchant stalls, next to a tanning rack, and belongs to ProjectGorgon:Tadion.
- ProjectGorgon:Eltibule
- There is a forge in ProjectGorgon:Eltibule Keep, to the right as you come through the front gates. It is often used by ProjectGorgon:Kalaba.
- ProjectGorgon:Red Wing Casino
- The boiler near ProjectGorgon:Dorimir Fangblade (near the Employee Entrance) can be used as a forge.
- ProjectGorgon:Rahu
- A forge can be found in the center of the friendly section of the City of Rahu, up the stairs, next to the garden, tanning rack, and cotton gin.
- ProjectGorgon:Kur Mountains
- A forge can be found at ProjectGorgon:Ukorga's Northwestern Outpost. It is in the building with the ProjectGorgon:Council Storage machine, right next to ProjectGorgon:Janet Lews.
- ProjectGorgon:Ilmari
- A forge can be found inside the northern gate of ProjectGorgon:Amulna, next to the Work Order board.
- ProjectGorgon:New Prestonbule Cave
- Toward the back of the cave, past the second portcullis, the orc ProjectGorgon:Torgan works next to a forge. You can use the forge even if you don't know enough ProjectGorgon:Orcish (Level 25 or higher) to communicate with him.

- There is a forge near ProjectGorgon:Solgribue, the friendly troll in the main Fae settlement.
- ProjectGorgon:Povus
- There are two forges in Povus. One is behind the building with ProjectGorgon:Tremmond Blackhammer and is consecrated to Umrad, meaning besides ordinary ProjectGorgon:Blacksmithing, ProjectGorgon:Toolcrafting, ProjectGorgon:Jewelry Crafting, and ProjectGorgon:Armorsmithing, it can also be used to make Dwarven metal armor, a specialized type of metal armor. Another special forge is consecrated to Tast in the Orc encampment and is needed when crafting Orcish metal armor.
- ProjectGorgon:Wolf Cave
- There is a forge consecrated to ProjectGorgon:Norala the Huntress down one of the early side tunnels not far from the entrance. It is needed to forge metal armor for lycans. Like the other consecrated forges, it can also be used to make other items that require a regular forge.
