Armadillo scutes are Minecraft:items dropped by armadillos and can also be obtained by using a Minecraft:brush. They can be used to craft wolf armor, which can be equipped on wolves to provide more protection.

Armadillos drop armadillo scutes every 5-10 minutes, as well as when they are Minecraft:brushed.

Template:Control an armadillo scute on a Minecraft:wolf wearing wolf armor restores 8 points of the armor's durability. Repairing wolf armor using armadillo scutes in an Minecraft:anvil restores 16 points of the armor's durability.
