You may speak with him to start the secondary quest Dragonwilds:Letters for the Dead. He also appears in Dragonwilds:Dowdun Reach selling Dragonwilds:Vestiges

Players gain access to a new type of currency in the Dowdun Reach expansion: Dragonwilds:Infernal Fragment. This drops from certain monsters inside of Dowdun Reach and can be used to exchange vestiges from Postie Pete within the Dragonwilds:The Courtyard.
