The legacy frozen ocean is an unused frozen variant of Minecraft:oceans.
Description
The legacy frozen ocean variant is similar to frozen ocean biomes, but without Minecraft:icebergs, making it look like flatlands of ice. Minecraft:Rabbits, Minecraft:polar bears and Minecraft:strays spawn here. Rabbits have their snowy texture. No monsters other than Minecraft:drowned, strays and Minecraft:skeletons can spawn here. This biome also generates Minecraft:kelp. Those Minecraft:biomes were much smaller and existed prior in Minecraft:Pocket Edition v0.9.0 alpha. This biome does not naturally generate, though it can be generated using a biome editor or add-ons.
With Minecraft:Vibrant Visuals, legacy frozen oceans use default atmospherics with a strong cold color grading, making the biome appear icy blue. They have cold sunlight, which appears slightly brighter at dusk and dawn.

Sounds
When in any ocean biome, unique ocean Minecraft:ambience play randomly. Normal overworld tracks also play, alongside "Axolotl", "Dragon Fish" and "Shuniji", as the requirements for those are merely to be underwater rather than biome-determined.
