Dragonwilds:Farming training

From SAS Gaming Wiki
Revision as of 11:00, 17 July 2026 by SyncBot (talk | contribs) (Sync: updated from Dragonwilds)

Template:External

width=70x70 This page details the optimal training methods for leveling up Dragonwilds:Farming.

Note that Dragonwilds:Composts, (super), Bins (super), the Dragonwilds:Compost Bucket, Water storage and Yew Farming plots (and its corresponding seeds) are omitted from this guide. While they can be useful during a standard playthrough, their mechanics are somewhat clunky and inefficient for optimal training speed as of right now.

Food & Potions perks:

*Perks: Food perks do NOT stack. Eating another food after consuming a different one overrides its perk(s) with the most recent food eaten. Potions behave like this as well; drinking a new potion will immediately overwrite your active potion buff. While players cannot layer multiple foods or multiple potions, one potion + one food perks can be stacked together simultaneously.

Gathering the first seeds

Tips

  • Leveling up Farming increases the chance to gather seeds from all plants by 0.3% per level, up to 29.4% at level 99.
  • Seeds should always be planted in their right farming plots, as it reduces disease chances by a lot. See this for a list.
  • Watering crops can still prove to be very useful as it speeds up the growing process considerably, especially with the aid of watering spells.
  • Players should not be afraid to build as many Rain Catchers and Wells as they wish, as water can be challenging to deal with if there is no naturally occuring rain happening.
  • Dragonwilds:Oak Palisades built all around your farming plots can protect you and your crops from agressive monsters.
  • Farming being a very passive skill when waiting for crops to grow, it should be trained in alternance with other skills.
  • Utilizing the sleep mechanic accelerates Farming considerably, as crops instantly advance to their next growth stage at the start of a new day.
  • Dragonwilds:Iron Secateurs should be wielded between casts of Uproot or Harvester if more crops are desired, as the tool's effects do not stack with these spells.
