Template:ExclusiveTemplate:DelistedTemplate:Infobox world Way of the Bee is a free Minecraft:Marketplace map developed by Razzleberries to promote the Minecraft:Buzzy Bees update. The map is about an adventurer who needs to meet a reclusive scientist to save Poppy Island.
On August 19, 2024, Razzleberries said the map has been 'indefinitely removed' from the Marketplace due to becoming out of date with newer game versions, and needing permission from Minecraft:Mojang Studios to update it.<ref>Pinned comment by Razzleberries under Template:Cite</ref>
Summary
Template:Expand section The game opens with the player spawning in the Mayor’s house. The mayor then says that their island is desperate for bees and plants, but no one has the parkour skills to make it to Honeycomb Hollow. An old friend of the mayor lives on Honeycomb Hollow and has the knowledge to teach you how to bring bees to the island.
The mayor tells the player to follow them to Poppy Docks so the player can row a boat to Honeycomb Hollow. Upon arriving at Honeycomb Hollow, the player must explore the caves by completing parkour that utilizes honey blocks. In the caves, there are also petroglyphs depicting bee-related things on the walls.
Upon exiting the caves, there is a sign that reads: “Mushroom Hive, follow the road”. It then begins to rain and the player is told to escape. To continue, the player must enter the talk to the Bee Scientist and enter the Mushroom Hive for shelter.
The Bee Scientist then teaches the player things like harvesting honey, crafting beehives, and breeding bees.
After learning all information from the Bee Scientist, he escorts the player to a cliffside overlooking Poppy Isle and provides them with an elytra. They are then instructed to glide down to the village and place beehives and flowers among other tasks to save Poppy Isle.
