2022-10-08	During StarCitizen:CitizenCon 2022 the UTV was revealed next to the StarCitizen:STV. The STV was available in-game straight away, but the UTV was scheduled for release on a later date.<ref name="citcon2022">CitizenCon 2952: Talking Ship</ref>
2025-11-05	The UTV is currently in the Whitebox Phase.<ref>Script error: No such module "Cite RSI".</ref>
2026-03-08	The UTV was added to the verse with the launch of Alpha 4.7.1.
