Anatomy Overview

Anatomy is a general knowledge skill that encompasses a great number of species-specific Anatomy skills. ProjectGorgon:Elemental, ProjectGorgon:Fungoid, and ProjectGorgon:Crone-Kin are just a few of the Anatomy sub-skills you may encounter. As you improve your skill at reading the Anatomy of various creatures, you will begin to learn more about them. More details will be available in a monster's target window. Eventually, students of the Anatomy skill will learn to read an opponents combat abilities and weaknesses at just a glance. It is said that Archers will improve their Critical hit percentage by improving their Anatomy, and that Butchers and ProjectGorgon:Skinning experts will likewise reap benefits.

While the introductory ProjectGorgon:Autopsy Kit can be purchased from various NPC shopkeepers, it can also be crafted through ProjectGorgon:Toolcrafting. Autopsy Kits which provide bonuses to effective skill level when interacting with a corpse can also be crafted, and do not require any specific skills to use. Adventurers encountering difficulties autopsying high level creatures may wish to request that another character craft them an improved kit, or learn ProjectGorgon:Toolcrafting themselves.
