Minecraft:Java Edition 26.1 Snapshot 10

26.1 Snapshot 10 (known as 26.1-snapshot-10 in the Minecraft:launcher) is the tenth Minecraft:snapshot for Minecraft:Java Edition 26.1, released on February 24, 2026,<ref>Template:Mcnet</ref> which makes some minor changes and fixes some issues.

General

Particles

• Added Template:Cd
  • Particles showing on a baby mob which has had its aging stopped using a Minecraft:golden dandelion.
• Added Template:Cd
  • Particles showing on a baby mob which has had its aging reset and started using a Minecraft:golden dandelion.

Changes

Blocks

Minecraft:Golden dandelion

• Golden dandelions now have different particles depending on if it is used to start or stop aging.
  • When aging is stopped, green particles moving downwards will be shown.
  • When aging is started again, green particles moving upwards will be shown.

Mobs

Minecraft:Drowned, Minecraft:husk, and Minecraft:zombie

• Reduced the head size of the baby mob models.

Minecraft:Sniffer

• Fixed pixel gap in snifflet texture.

Minecraft:Strider

• Fixed baby striders not having their bristles animated.
• Striders now correctly inherit the warmth of the Strider they are standing on, matching Template:BE.

Non-mob entities

Minecraft:Armor stand

• Small armor stands now display correctly by using the adult armor and scaling it down (Template:Cmd).

General

Minecraft:Data pack

• The Minecraft:pack format version is now Template:Cd.

Minecraft:Resource pack

• The version is now Template:Cd.

Minecraft:UI

• If there are no screens open, IME input will be cancelled.
• IME will be opened when a text input gains focus and closed when a text input loses focus.
• Template:Cd debug entry has been added.
