Heartworms are parasitic minions encountered inside Dragonwilds:Kuldra during Phase 4 of the Scorned Wilderness Raid.
Overview
Heartworms continuously spawn inside Kuldra's body to protect Dragonwilds:Kuldra's Heart. While present, they attack the player directly.
Combat Mechanics
- Respawn Behavior: Heartworms spawn periodically throughout the final phase. When killed, new heartworms will respawn after a short duration.
- Tunnel Mechanics: Heartworms rarely path into or spawn within the entrance tunnel, making the tunnel a safer position for Dragonwilds:Ranged setups attacking Dragonwilds:Kuldra's Heart.
